Meagan Warrick
Owner & Financial Coach
My desire for learning, coupled with a strong work ethic, started early and paid off — I was the valedictorian of my high school graduating class. In 2007 I earned a Bachelor's in Music Education from the University of NC (Greensboro) and became a choir teacher for Dallas ISD.
Switching gears in 2012, I pursued a Master's in Accounting, graduating from Kaplan University in 2013. With a passion for education and a love for accounting, I worked as District Accountant and, eventually, Director of Accounting for Wylie ISD — earning the Registered Texas School Business Administrator (RTSBA) certification through TASBO and deep experience in governmental accounting, state and federal funding, budget projection, and team management.
I later served as Coordinator of Finance and Accounting at Region 10 Education Service Center, and I've spent over four years helping a wide range of businesses with accounting, consulting, coaching, and tax prep. I find great joy in building relationships with clients and working together to reach their personal and business financial goals.

Brian Warrick
Business Coach
Starting with a pickup truck, a bundle of shingles, and loads of determination, Brian began his journey not only in construction but as a business owner. For more than 21 years, he has grown his business from a small local construction company into a national commercial consultant and general contracting company.
Brian's mission and passion have always been people and his faith — and that's where his love of business coaching was born. The road hasn't always been smooth; there have been lean times and lessons learned. That experience created a deep belief in business community and in walking the journey alongside someone who genuinely cares.
With a strong value placed on integrity, Brian walks with our clients, providing invaluable guidance and inspiration to help businesses set and achieve their goals.
